Upgraded from 2010B to 2014A. Simulink RT target stops running but no error messages are displayed

I recently upgraded from 2010B to 2014A and rebuilt my project using Simulink Real-Time. Everything compiled fine but when I actually load my model onto the target PC and run it it stops after 20 - 30 seconds but without any indication as to why. My scopes stop updating and simulation just stops.
In 2010B using the xPC target OS I would always see error messages displayed indicating why the simulation stopped...eg: 'CPU overload'.
Is there any way to enable more verbose logging for the Simulink Real Time OS?
Thanks

Perhaps the error messages (if any) are being scrolled up beyond visibility. Try recreating the boot image with 'TargetScopes' set to 'Disabled' and then reboot the target. This makes it a text only mode and maybe useful.
