Is it still possible to order a Matlab DVD ?

   I have a situation where it would be much easier to install from DVD because of a slow network and overzealous firewall settings that are out of my control.  There is an answer from 2010 that says a DVD can be ordered but a coworker of mine talked to someone at Mathworks and got the idea you had to buy such capability. Anyone know how this works.
