Load state space systems to Matlab function block

My goal is to implement a switching control algorithm in Simulink. My controllers are in state space form and generated by a script. I need to make these state space systems somehow available to a Matlab Function Block in Simulink. Is there any possibility to load a state space system or better a array of those directly into Simulink. Constant blocks seem not to work and global variables are also not doing what I want to. thank you
