How can i get corresponding triangle/rectangle mesh of an Image?

Dear Experts, Sorry to say i am new in Matlab. I wanted to get a mesh like triangle from an image. So how can i get it?
Suppose i have an image I=imread('ImageName'); I want to see its corresponding mesh. How can i construct it. Have any idea? Thanks advance.
