VXIPnPInstrument-rsspecan Connection problem with TCPIP

Hi everyone,

I am using Matlab 2011a 32 bit version I have a connection problem between R&S FSH 4 network analyzer and Matlab. First I downloaded rsspecan instrument driver and then converted it to matlab instrument driver. After all I created device with the resource name ( TCPIP::remote_host(device IP)::INSTR). Just like in the pdf http://cdn.rohde-schwarz.com/dl_downloads/dl_application/application_notes/1ma171/1MA171_9e_Instruments_in_MATLAB.pdf

But when I try to connect this device obj. It says "unable to connect to the instrument". Could you help me about this please.
