What is a "entering plant images"? Usually parts and materials (steel, windows, seats, dashboards, etc.) enter a manufacturing plant, and then cars leave (not enter) since they are produced inside the plant. What are "other plant images"? Do you mean photos inside the plant of cars at various stages of being manufactured? Why do you need this? What is your "use case"?

Search for LPR or "license plate recognition". That's the most reliable way since many workers may have identical model and color cars. Or even more reliable, use transponders.
