how long it take matlab to process after purchasing it?

I bought the student version of matlab and it still says that my order is being process (its been about 4+ hours now) so I can't even download it yet. I have only received an email to verify my email to make an account and my bank account says that it is pending for mathworks. when I check "view orders" it sometimes says my order # and sometimes it says I havent purchased anything.

It shouldn’t take more than four hours. You may need to Contact Support. Note that they offer free telephone support for such issues, but it’s probably too late for that today.
