Fuse two images that have X and Y offsets?

Hello,

I've collected a set of images using an Unmanned-Aerial-Vehicle (UAV). Each image has a GPS LATITUDE-LONGITUDE value set associated with it. I'd like to generate a composite image based on the GPS coordinates of each image. To start, I'd just like to fuse two images (using something like imfuse) but includes the offset (based on Lat-Long differences). Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

The imfuse() function does not appear to have the ability to include a offset.
