Install MCR 8.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit

I'm trying to install MCR but after the self-extracting the MCR Installer doesn't starts automatically. the progress finished after the self-extracting. what can i do?

make sure you have administrator privileges to install MCR on the server.
