Hello, I usually use Matlab on my desktop, but am traveling and want to use it on a different computer - a laptop. I entered my name, thinking it was my user name and not case sensitive and now cannot activate Matlab on this computer. Advice?

There is a 4 installation limit for each licence. If you’ve reached that limit, you have to deactivate it on one machine to install it on your laptop. Go to the ‘My Account’ link near the upper right corner of the MathWorks home page for details. If you forgot your username or password, be sure you can access your e-mail account linked to your MathWorks account on your laptop. TMW will help, but you might have to wait a few hours.
It’s probably best you not post your licence number publicly.
