I have problem with urlread but web work good!

I faced with this problem in matlab 2012b: when I use the "web" command every things work good and the web browser show the page, but when I use urlread I got this error (no difference with different address) :
Error using urlread (line 111)
Error downloading URL. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings
improperly configured.
did anyone have any solution?
