hi everyone.. I have a code which I need to check if it's work. I got an error : Error using loadlibrary (line253) A 'Selected' compiler was not found. You may need to run mex -setup. I really don't know first of all 1) what is it "mex setup" and why do I nees it? and second of all 2) what I need to do to make this mex setup to work?
thanks everybody Matan.

What version of MATLAB are you using?

The mex setup process will let MATLAB configure the proper compiler files for mexing your code. Do this at the MATLAB command line prompt:
mex -setup
Then press Enter
Then enter the number of the compiler you want to use (such as lcc if you are on a 32-bit machine).
Then press Enter again.
This is a one-time process. Once the compiler files are configured, you do not need to do this again unless you want to change compilers.
