How to correct the the current injected in the Utility Grid?

I am working on connecting a 100 KW Solar PV farm to a utility grid in Simulink.
I am unable to fix 2 problems in my model.
1. The output voltage of the inverter which is continuously coming as approximately 60 V, I want to set it to at least 240 V so i can have standard output from inverter and connect it to a transformer which will step it up to 25KV.
2.Lets assume even if we accept 60 V output and are stepping it up from 60 V to 25 KV. The Voltage appears fine at grid side but current goes as small as a noise (2 or 3 x 10^-17 Amps) in 2 phases and 3rd phase's current goes totally 0 / dead.
I am attaching the Simulink model for your reference
Its about my thesis, please I need urgent help.

Hi I am facing similar problem but I am using a utility grid connected to a step down transformer which should give a 208 V output but I am receiving 60V. Please let me know if you foud any solution.
