Hi Im getting this error when trying to run a realtime simulation: Error occurred while executing External Mode MEX-file 'rtwinext': Verbosity argument must be a real, scalar, integer value in the range: [0-1]

I don't know whats going on!

Anyone else know what this issue is? I just started getting this error too with no change; I only changed a constant. Changing the constant back didn't fix the issue.

Same problem here. Updated to 14b from 13b and now this is popping up.

Found this: To specify Verbose mode, set MEX-file arguments to:

'' 1

I changed Simulation>Model Configuration Parameters>Code Generation>Real-Time Windows Target>MEX-file Arguments to:

'' 1

And it works now. I also tried '' 0 and that works too. It was initially 30 on my model which I had created in R13a.

Hello David. Thank you for answers I did what you said and the error changed to execstring Line: 1 Column: 27 Unterminated string do you have any Idea how to solve it?

I was using simulink when I got this error. It has happened to me several times because of matlab function blocks. I had functions that could not be used in external mode.
