how to scale bounding box ?

For example: i have one image having dimensions 1024*1024. i scaled it to half 512*512. i did some processing on this 512*512 and get the boundaries of ROI. is it possible that i can scale these boundaries to 1024*1024 ?

Yes. Did you try multiplying by 2?
