Deactivation and Activation Problems

3 views (last 30 days)
When I start MATLAB, a popup titled "Deactivation Required" shows. It says my license, Individual - Standalone Named User, is no longer eligible.
When I chose to deactivate, MATLAB says, "Unable to Write to Drive".
Even stranger if I activate through Help->Licensing->Activate, my license which is on my computer works fine.
This repeats every time I restart my computer. How do I keep MATLAB activated?

This really looks like calling MathWorks installation support is the right thing, as the technical answer might depend on your license type.

You may have to run your Matlab software as an administrator.
