Don't you have any solution for this problem except calling customer service ?

Hi,
I guess you installed a 64bit MATLAB but the Simulink Blocks are available for 32bit MATLAB only. This is stated here which says
"The blocks in Data Acquisition Toolbox that support Simulink are available only for data acquisition devices that can be used with the legacy interface."
And the legacy interface is available in 32bit MATLAB only. This is also summarized here.

Well the Windows 8 is a different installation than on the Windows 7 computer so I'm not surprised that it might work on one computer but not on another. So it's still an installation issue and I advise you to take advantage of the free telephone help directly from the Mathworks. I don't think you even need a support contract for installation issues.
