1. Find the Fourier series coefficients a0 , an , bn and Cn ∠θn of the waveform assigned.
2. Use equation (1) to plot the waveform for two or three cycles; sum the terms from 0 to say 10 or 15 (but not infinity). The plot should resemble the given waveform with some possible glitches at the points of discontinuity.
3. Draw the Fourier spectra of the waveform. (Use the stem function)
4. Find the RMS value of the given waveform using equation (7). Evaluate the RMS value given by the expression (8) for a few values of N, say, 5, 10, 15, and 100. Tabulate your results.
5. Find the expression y(t ) as given in equation (9) for the appropriate* transfer function (see below) for a 'few' values of n. *
