Currently I am working on following paper "Effective Detection for Linear Up-Sampling by a Factor of Fraction".I am facing problems in constructing the resampling matrix zeroing mask derivation with the algorithms given in the paper.So I need help regarding the algorithm for the same.Here I am attaching my code file for the same.
