variables from gui in my main program

Hello,

I have my main program (script) using different boolean variable to enable or disable functions. I want to add a graphic interface to my program with checkboxes. This checkbox will put boolean to 0 or 1 and enable function of my main program. I've defined my chechbox with GUI and inside my graphic program, I defined my boolean variables. I'm using those variables in my main program. Ans as a first action in my main program I'm calling my graphic function. Error is coming from not defining my variables in my main program. Can you help me ? maybe the way I'm writing it is not the proper one ... Thanks,
