How to form intervals of 30minute from a set of 5minute data

Dear Sir,
I have a set of 5-minutes data from 8.45am to 6pm. How do I extract say 30-minute data from it? ie 8.45am, 9.15am, 9.45am and so on. After some computation, I will have a signal from 9.45am to 10.45am. How do I convert them back to 5minute data ie 9.45am, 9.50am ... 10.40am, 10.45am?
My time series look like this
20-Feb-2014 15:30:00
20-Feb-2014 15:35:00
20-Feb-2014 15:40:00
20-Feb-2014 15:45:00
