Generating Graphs on Subcategories

Hi,

I am very new to Matlab and have been struggling to generate some graphs. What I have is three columns of data: Year, Season, and Species Found.

I want to create many graphs by first breaking down the data by years. Then for each year, I would like to further break it down by Species. Then I would like to create a graph showing the number of that species found in each season.

Any help is appreciated!
