How to design an Interpolation FIR Filter for an embedded system?

I have been reviewing the help documents for the Filter Design Toolbox and the Signal Processing Toolbox. I have been trying to develop an Interpolation filter for use with an Analog to Digital Converter that is sampling at 250 MSPS. The highest frequency to be input into the system is 100 MHz.
By what method (infilt or interp) would I find easiest to design a filter and achieve the best results and fastest processing time with?
