What's the arguments of a DirectLookupTable2D function created directly to Legacy Code Tool?

I need to use a DirectLookupTable2D and DirectLookupTable1D into my C-Mex S-Function, but i do not know what's the argumets of the Lookup Tables functions. ps: this two functions were created using the Legacy Code Tool.
