Why does SIMULINK Controls and Estimation Tools Manager give a Can not Resolve: Auto Tools manager error?

The model has one input and a single output and after feeding the transient data, upon clicking on the Estimation tab, the toolbox gives an error "Can not Resolve: Auto" . Can anybody let me know why this is happening? I would really appreciate it. I have attached a screenshot of the error i encounter along with this.Thanks.
