Hello, can anyone please help me out in generating a Matlab code for my project. My project is " Cost minimization of video on demand using Marcov's Decission Process (MDP)".

My project is " Cost minimization of video on demand using Marcov's Decission Process (MDP)". It should be implemented on several tools and Matlab is one out of them. I am really poor at Matlab stuff. So, can anyone please help me with where to start and all??
