About a simple test system of starting a motor directly

Hi, The attached is a simple test system of starting a motor directly. There is something wrong with this system. I have tried many solvers and the test system does not works. However if three-phase breaker is removed, this test system runs well. Can some one fix this problem? Very thanks!
