Full-screen Images, without TitleBar, without Scrollbars, without Statusbar

I'm using the Image Acquisition Toolbox to acquire images from a webcam, process them and display them in a figure window. I have been able to remove the menubar and toolbar and maximise the image.

However, I've been battling to create a full-screen figure window with removed titlebar and removed scrollbars and removed StatusBar. Is this possible?

Thank you. Unfortunately I only got this reply recently so went with using PsychToolbox which seems to be working (and has some other useful features which I need), but in hindsight your suggestion might have been a better idea.
