Get an individual and generation number in the fitness function of ga

Hi, my problem is, I need an individual and generation number within the fitness function that ga uses (parallel processing mode). This numbers are needed to create file folders to save data of an external FE program started in batch mode out of the fitness function. Furthermore the numbers are needed to save the calculated values unmistakable in global variables defined before. Is there a way to get these information within the fitness function?
