Cognitive radio spectrum sensing using Simulink?

Hello

Is it possible to design a spectrum sensing algo using Simulink? in my algo I would need to: 1. spectrum sensing using energy detector 2. use 100 signals 3. run the program 50 times (loop) 4. calculate the total sensing time and number of handovers 5. store some results in arrays

Are all the above functions possible with Simulink?
