My code is work properly in debugging mode but gives wrong results in normal run

Hello every body,

I recently have confront with a strange problem. When I run my code in normal mode by just pushing F5, the output results are wrong without any errors or warnings. But when I put a break point to some special lines and run the program manually line by line I get correct results. Could anybody tell me what is the problem?

Sounds strange! Are uou sure that you're running the program to the end manuall?! And as Image Analyst said, it would be better to provide us with further info, maybe your code so that we can experience the lovely weird behavior of the beloved MATLAB! lol. Attach your code and we'll get back to you asap ;)
