how can i convert a bus admittance matrix into binary form based on the connection between the buses in power system using matlab?

it is based on the below condition......
a(m,n)=1, if m=n 1, if m is connected to n 0, otherwise where mxn = 3x3 matrix

You can use standard logic statements on a matrix, A > 1000 etc.
