Regarding: AFM tip area calculation

Hi All,

I am currently working with AFM indentation of elastic materials, For calculation of elastic modulus, i have to find cross sectional area of penetration.

I have taken SEM images of AFM tip and want to determine tip area as function of tip height.

Does anyone have reference of how to do it using MATLAB?

I have attached images of AFM tip(Front view, Side view and tilted view).
