How can I plot a concentric radial contour map for a given x-y dataset?

I have an x-y data set (pressure and radius) and I would like to create a contour map for the pressure where it will form a circular contour for each given radius.. for example I have radius (x )values of r=[1,2,3,5] and corresponding pressure (y) values p=[1776,2058,2216,2423].. the y-value should form an circular contour shape for each radius

Hello, I was wondering what your final solution was for this problem?

I am looking to do something very similar on a map and cannot find a program for plotting like this that will allow me to use a map behind the contours.
