Writing Inequality Constraint in Matrix form

I need to write an inequality constraint that involves one of my decision variables (Ypj): Number of product type (p) produced in facility (j) and demand parameters (Dpd): demand of product (p) by distribution center (d). I am attaching a simplified example of my problem with a part of the objective function and the size of the matrices.

Can you help me with writing this constraint for the gamultiobj. solver?
