How to find the shortest path between two locations using matlab gps tool

I would like to find algorithm which can find shortest route between two location(having latitude and longitude) using the matlab supported toolbox and files. I tried using openstreetmap files but it has lot of error. I could not compile it sucessfully.

Please suggest me some genuine links or products which can find route between two location.
