problem installing matlab during post installation process

i was trying to install MATLAB without using internet. i ran the setup and started installation process.on post installation processs, when it was 84% complete a dialogue box appears saying: "setup failed. below that three options were shown: 1.check online for solution 2.close program 3.debug program" i chose close program and my installation was stopped. i tried installing many times but same problem occurs. kindly help me installing MATLAB in my computer.
