I have to read in an image of an x-ray and turn a specific bone to white without affecting the other portions of my image. Currently I have a white rectangle covering the bone, but I am not sure how to make it cover only the bone specifically. Is there a way I can outline the bone and then fill it with white?

Yep, my demos can do that.

I have been attempting to use the freehand mask code with my image, but the only section that works with it is the binary mask portion where the inside of the freehand space is white and the rest of the image is black. Do you have any ideas of why this is?
