Reading in Excel spreadsheet and making a 2D contour plot

I have a series of xy datasets at different temperatures that I would like to make a plot from.

The xy data have been combined into a single Excel sheet.

I want to make a 2D top down view, so that the y data from the individual datasets becomes the z data in the plot. y data for the plot would be the temperature on each set.

I currently have my x data as Column 1. The temperatures (that will be y data in the 2D plot) are across Row 1.

How do I import the data into Matlab and generate a plot?
