can i install matlab 32bit in Linux 64 bit?

beacause i wang to use a library, which supports only matlab 32bit.

and ubuntu 64bit is installed in my laptop.

i just tried, downloading matlab 2012a, is ok, but installation can not be launched.

You can install both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of MATLAB on the same 64 bit computer. They will live together happily without conflicts. I know because I have that situation on my Windows 7, 64 bit, and everything works fine.

The question is whether you can install it under Linux, not Windows 7.

Anyone else that has tried installing it on Linux?
