When I'm trying to run a java program (based on matlab), it shows such error.
Undefined function 'imapplymatrixc' for input arguments of type 'uint8'. Error in imapplymatrix (line 92) Error in rgb2gray (line 62)
file /root/.mcrCache7.17/autoBl1/toolbox/images/images/imapplymatrix.m, name imapplymatrix, line 92. file /root/.mcrCache7.17/autoBl1/toolbox/images/images/rgb2gray.m, name rgb2gray, line 62.
The .jar was compiled under windows(32bit) and then used under ubuntu 12.04(machine is 64bit, could this be the problem?). I include the javabuilder.jar directly in the program. Under windows it works find, however it fails under ubuntu.

Yes, it needs to be deployed on the same platform it is to be used on.

Yes.
You'll need to recompile it under Linux 64 bit in order for it to work there.
