How can I set initial values of parameters in Simulink?

I wanna to set measured output of a plant to 50 degree which is a nominal value written in mpctool.

Use a unit delay block and set its initial condition to what you want

Thank you for answer, Unfortunately, this doesn't solve my problem, because the simulation starts with 50 , but immediately after goes down.I know I can change the sampling time unit delay but, I think there should be another solution , by changing plant parameters in MPCtools.

I am now quite sure that I need chang simulation parameters, unitdelay is definitely doesn't work
