Is it possible to "manually" deploy MCR 8(2012b)

Hi, all:
I'm writing some Matlab scripts and algorithm. these scripts will be complied as NET .dll and run in many PCs. I want to write a program to "manually" delopy MCR8(r2012b) files and setup environment path to these PCs rather than execute MCR executable (some pc may not have permission to execute the official MCR file).
Any idea how I can get the Matlab8 files?
