How can I find branchpoints this retina image?

Hi, I found vessel image from retinal image color. But my project must find all vessel lengths and one how much tortuosity have one main vessel?Mathemetical if I find brancpoints of my image,I can bring ut vessel length with spline. What do you think about this problem?

If you skeletonize with bwmorph(), then you can find the branchpoints, also with bwmorph().
I don't know what "I can bring ut vessel length with spline" means.

It expects the "foreground" to be white, so invert your image before doing further morphology, such as skeletonization.
