problem with PDE Function "pdepe"

I'm using "pdepe" in order to solve a complex equation. there are a lot of parameters that involved together in my basic equations. in some conditions I received correct answer but in one case I got false answer.I think combining errors caused this problem. could you tell me about some limitations that there are in this function? I think there are an Inconsistency between my formula and PDE FUNCTION solving method.
