Now, Here is a long code which i am directly pasting it into command window and its taking a lot of time to show the output. It is showing "Busy" on the left bottom corner. What does it mean ? Is there any problem or error in the code ? Will i get my output if i wait ?

Busy means the computer is busy executing your code, which takes a certain time to finish Will you get the result if you wait? not sure, that depends on what your code is doing

If you are executing an infinite loop it will take forever. Try to execute your code in successive fragments in order to figure out which part is performing so much computation.

for example, this was my code:
for j=1:10
x(j)=5*j;
end
why does it take a long time? it's so simple.

Please open a new thread for a new question. Then explain any details: what exactly is "a long time"?

Pre-allocate the output variable
x = zeros(1,10);
