How to change structure values in QPSK Modulator/Demodulator? (R2012B)

I am using the simulink example commqpsktxrx and trying to adjust some of the parameters in the model such as Ts, which I guess is the sample time. When I go into the workspace and adjust these values manually in the qpsktxrx structure, I get an error when trying to run the simulation:
Making simulation target "commqpsktxrx_sfun", ...
'commqpsktxrx_sfun.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
When I change the parameter back, everything runs fine. A secondary question would be how to I change the sampling rate of the modulator so I can represent the system I am trying to simulate? Thanks!
