Can't Load R2013b SystemTest TEST-file into R2013a SystemTest.

When I try to load a R2013b SystemTest TEST-file into R2013a SystemTest, I receive the following message: Unable to open this SystemTest TEST-file. You need version 2.6.6 (or later) of SystemTest to open this file.
The release notes for R2013b SystemTest stated that it only contained bug fixes. What do I need to do to be able to share test files between R2013a and R2013b versions of SystemTest?
