Install student version matlab 2012b on OS X 10.9

I am trying to install student version matlab 2012b on my mac (OS X 10.9) and i get the response "“download_agent (6).jnlp” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer" . I have tried manual download and i get ""“InstallForMacOSX” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer". Any help is appriciated I need my matlab for a project

I have the same problem. I use MatLab on a daily basis. Please, please help!
