Is there any documentation available for 'Use prebuilt RTW libraries' option in the Real-Time Workshop options for Embedded Target for Infineon C166 Microcontrollers 1.1(R14)?

I would like to access documentation for 'Use prebuilt RTW libraries'.
I perform these steps to reach this option:
1. Select the Tools-->Real-Time Workshop-->Options menu
2. In the configuration parameters dialog, select 'c166.tlc' as the RTW system target file
3. In the left pane, under Real-Time Workshop, select the newly added item 'C166Options (1)'
On the right pane I see the 'Use prebuilt RTW libraries' option.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 2 (R14SP2). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:
This is a bug in the documentation for Embedded Target for Infineon C166 Microcontrollers 1.1(R14).
Checking the option 'Use pre-built RTW libraries' will cause the build process to link against a pre-built static library that contains object code for RTW library functions. If this option is not checked then all RTW library functions will be re-compiled in the model build area; this can be a lengthy process when the model is built for the first time.
